PALMER Vivian Julian OBE died peacefully at home surrounded by his family, much loved husband, dad & grandpa. He will be greatly missed by all his family and friends . A service to celebrate Viv's life will be held at Our lady & the English Martyrs Church, Burnham on Sea on Friday 14th February at 1.00pm.
