Dearly beloved wife of the late Peter Hughes. Wonderful mother of Marion & Alison, mother in law of Michael & Sean. Loving grandmother of Claire, Laura, Christopher, Robert & Andrew & sweetest great grandmother of Millie, Maise, Hallie, Vanesa, Charlotte & Alfie. Will be sadly missed by all family and friends. 'Rest in peace Mum. Forever in our hearts xx.' Funeral service at St Andrew's Church, Maghull on Saturday 11th October 2025 at 12 noon followed by cremation service at West Lancashire Crematorium, Pippin Street, Burscough. L40 7SP.Family flowers only please but donations in memory of Vera are being collected for ST JOSEPH'S HOSPICE & FRESHFIELD ANIMAL RESCUE.
