It's with great sadness that Dad, Terry Kavanagh lost his battle with Parkinson's Disease in the early hours of the 14th December 2023 whilst being cared for at Saint Francis Hospice. He was a loved Husband, Dad, Grandad, Son, Brother, Uncle and Friend As many of you may know he had Parkinson's Disease for 36 years, but this did not stop him! During his years he was a keen amateur boxer, played rugby, and was more known for his love of running. He only started running marathons once he was diagnosed with Parkinson's which he saw as his medication; this kept him moving and active resulting in a triumph total of over 20 marathons and raising thousands of pounds for charity.
