Sam's funeral Service will take place at 3pm on Friday 8th December 2023 at Birches Crematorium. (This is not the crematorium on the A556). Following the service the family would like you to join them at Cheshire Cheese Pub, Middlewich to celebrate Sam's life. If you would like to leave the family a message of condolence you will find an opportunity to do so below. There are also maps to both locations on this page. Donations if wished are for Diabetes UK . You can donate on the day in the chapel or using the link at the bottom of this page if you wish.
