Peacefully at the Royal Alexandra Hospital, Michelle passed away on Tuesday 26th August, surrounded by her family.
Michelle was a loving Wife, Mum, Nana, Sister and Auntie. She was a constant source of love and support for her family and friends and will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
A funeral service to celebrate Michelle's life will be held at Woodside Crematorium on Wednesday 17th September, at 11am .
The family have requested that to honor Michelle's vibrant life that attendees wear bright colours.
