Margaret "Peggy" James Feb 1935 - Sep 2024

MARGARET JAMES (Peggy) prev HARRIS Peggy passed away peacefully at Westbourne Care Home, Holmes Chapel on Wednesday 18 September, aged 89. A loving Mum to Alan, Clifford and Sheila, Mother-In-Law to David and Nan to Karl. Peggy was Senior Supervisor at Richmond Packaging on New Road, where she met her second husband, Victor James. Peggy suffered with osteoarthritis and was medically retired in 1988. She had dementia in her later years but never lost her sense of humour, dry wit and happy memories. The funeral service will be held at Vale Royal Crematorium at 12 noon on Wednesday 9 October, everyone who knew Peggy is welcome to attend. Family flowers only. Donations to St Luke’s Hospice.
