STRONG William “Frank”. Passed away in Tilsley House on 15th May 2020 aged 93. Formerly of Locking and a retired Weights and Measures Inspector, he was a long time member of Hill Road Methodist Church. Much loved Dad of Gillian & Jennifer, father-in-law of John & David and loving grandad to Lisa, Emma, Sarah, Chris and Laura. Private funeral only due to current restrictions.
