DICK Elizabeth Rankin "Elsie" passed away peacefully on 4th October 2022 aged 100 years. She is much loved and will be sadly missed by her family and friends. A service to celebrate Elsie's life will be held at St James Church, Winscombe on Monday 17th October at 2.00pm.
