It is with great sadness that the family announce Alan passed away suddenly but peacefully at home on Monday 22nd December 2025. A beloved husband of Avril, loving dad of Evan, adored papa of Grayson, dearly loved son of Pat and the late Billy, much loved brother, uncle, cousin, brother-in-law and a friend to many. Alan will be sadly missed but fondly remembered by all his family and friends. Funeral service at The Hurlet Crematorium on Friday 16th January 2026 at 1.00 p.m. to which all are respectfully invited. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu if so desired to The British Heart Foundation. At the family request, please wear colours relating to St.Mirren FC in Alan's memory.
