Wealden Funeral Services is an independent, family-owned funeral director based in Heathfield, East Sussex. We provide personal and practical support to families throughout Heathfield, Crowborough, Uckfield, Hailsham and the surrounding communities across East Sussex and nearby West Kent.

We arrange traditional and contemporary funerals, cremations and burials, unattended direct cremations and attended direct cremations. All those entrusted to our care are looked after locally in our own private mortuary facilities in Heathfield, and families can make arrangements at our Heathfield office, in their own home, by telephone or online.

Every funeral is personal, and we can help with choices including funeral transport, coffins, flowers, orders of service, memorials and other individual touches. More distinctive options, including alternative funeral vehicles and bespoke coffins, can also be arranged where requested.

Wealden Funeral Services is a member of the National Association of Funeral Directors and believes in clear information, transparent pricing and giving families the time and guidance they need to make the choices that are right for them.

Our only funeral home is at 3 Browning Road in Heathfield. We serve families throughout the surrounding area, including Crowborough, from our Heathfield premises. Our telephone is answered personally 24 hours a day, seven days a week, so help is available whenever a family needs to contact us.
