About Us
Having suffered personal loss in our own lives, we feel we can identify with you by standing in shoes similar to yours.
We also recognise that, although there are similarities, what you are experiencing is unique to your own circumstances, situation and relationship with the person that has died.
The immediate future presents many decisions. Leaning on our previous, personal experience and having been entrusted with representing many families for over 25 years, we believe that we are in a position to successfully advise, guide and assist you, helping you shape the Celebration of Life that befits the character and wisdom of the person that has died.
On appointment as your chosen funeral director - Shoobridge Funeral Services, Paul or Penny Shoobridge will act as your personal representative. We will be personally responsible for ensuring direct communication and complete responsibility for undertaking your instructions with the upmost professionalism, care, compassion and dignity. We will be available to you and to act on your behalf throughout this difficult period, offering you the time and guidance you require.
We believe that we have the expertise to listen and to understand your requirements.
We pride ourselves on being personable, 'people persons' and knowing when to listen and when to use our previous experience and judgement to offer a solution, guidance or a suggestion, in order to make this process as gentle but positive as befits your personal needs and situation.
