We have been serving the local community since 1948 and always strive to deliver a professional, respectful and personal 24 hour service.
As a 3rd generation family business, we fully understand the needs of families who are seeking guidance, during this sad and difficult time.
Whilst most of our services at L. J. Tregunna are conducted within Truro and Mid Cornwall, we also offer services to families who wish for their loved ones to be returned to Cornwall, buried in other parts of the UK or repatriated abroad.
We have our own Chapel of Rest so families are able to visit their loved ones in a relaxed and peaceful atmosphere.
We help with all aspects of the funeral arrangements - from advice on how to register the death, through to services for cremation or burial, to the types of memorial you wish to have to remember your loved one by. Both religious and non religious services can be arranged and we can also help you with plaques or remembrance rose bushes at the local crematorium. We liaise with the clergy, local and parish councils and solicitors, banks and executors on your behalf, as required.
We offer a full range of coffins and caskets for you to choose from, including environmentally friendly wicker coffins.
We also arrange the finer details, such as service sheets, floral arrangements, tributes and newspaper notices to name a few.
We provide 24 hour assistance, 7 days a week, along with our normal office hours of 8am to 5pm.
