We have an excellent track record of providing a personal service on a Family to Family basis and are a genuine Independent Family Funeral Directors Father & Son, not a corporate group using a family name.
Our Traditional Funeral Home is beautifully decorated and furnished and is conveniently situated in Solihull with plenty of free parking. We have customised back room facilities on-site ensuring you always know exactly where your loved one is and that they are receiving the utmost care and dignity. You are more than welcome to inspect our facilities if you wish to do so.
We offer an extensive range of Funerals from the most elaborate to the very simple, in addition to assist in helping you choose the best option for your loved one, we have a transparent pricing structure and are able to tailor a service to suit all pockets. We include in our range a number of Inclusive Funeral Packages to demonstrate variety and the sort of service you may require.
We make No Additional Charges to any of our Inclusive Funeral Packages they clearly state what services are provided as part of each package and are designed to include everything you may need. Many funeral directors advertise an attractive headline price for a very limited service and then make additional charges for items you may not initially realise you would like, such as;
Out of hours call outs - it is our job to ensure we are available at all times and therefore do not differentiate our charges based on when you may need us, you have more on your mind at your time of need than worrying about triggering additional charges.
Face to face consultations – whilst we accept making arrangements over the telephone is occasionally essential, these can be impersonal compared to a face to face consultation and don’t always provide sufficient information to enable us to ensure you receive the exact service your loved one deserved.
Home visits - if you live in the Midlands you are able to make arrangements in the comfort of your own home, sometimes it is difficult for you to travel we understand this and will come to you.
Use of our Dedicated Chapel of Rest - except in the case of a direct cremation many families wish to pay their last respects at the funeral home which we are pleased to organise.
Funeral Cortège to start from your home – it is always our clients choice as to where the funeral cortège starts from, often this is from the home of your loved one or that of another family member.
We would be honoured if you would entrust us with the care of your loved one at this most difficult of times, we have a saying “We Can't Turn Back the Clock, But We Will Always Make Time for You” this is a personal commitment from us and we are a choice you will never regret.
