Founded in 1946 by Wilfred Albert Forsey, we remain an independent family run firm of funeral directors offering a personal, professional and sympathetic service with complete flexibility to accommodate the needs of our clients. Our success has meant we now cover a wide area of Somerset, providing a 24 hour service.

SAIF are committed to ensuring the funeral profession maintains the highest of standards, with members subject to their Quality Assurance Assessment and inspected every two years.
We are also a proud member of the National Association of Funeral Directors (NAFD), which represents the interests of the entire spectrum of funeral directing businesses. This allows us to keep up-to-date with developments within the industry and have access to a wide network of funeral directing professionals in order to provide a comprehensive and current service to our clients. Membership of the NAFD also ensures that clients are protected by a rigorous code of practice to which we must adhere.
