Rachel Bromelow
Words do not carry enough meaning to be able to express properly the sadness that we feel in having to say that Rachel has left us. She fought like a lioness to stay but she has gone. A born adventurer she leaves on her final journey, behind remain her husband Gary, darling children Joshua, Tristan and Harry, parents Diane and Granville and others that she held dear. A life shorter than she deserved has ended but her spirit, her light and her force of nature will remain with those of us that were fortunate to have been touched by it. For a family that used to have just Things 1 and 2 in it, and then was blessed with Thing 3, Dr Seuss is a fitting well from which to draw “Don’t cry because it’s over. Smile because it happened.”
